I’m super passionate about all things wellness, fitness, and mindfulness. I’ve had such an up-and-down relationship with health and fitness throughout the years. Let’s talk about it ⬇️

I now realize that this rocky relationship was due to the fact that I was always taking my health goals to extremes.

Hardcore workouts, restrictive diets, you name it. I had an “all or nothing” mindset when it came to my health.

I kept going through the same cycle:

  • decide I want to make a health change

  • pick some restrictive, difficult workout or diet plan

  • do it for a short amount of time

  • eventually, miss a workout or eat something that wasn’t in my diet plan

  • quit

Rinse & repeat.

I couldn’t keep up with the pressure I was putting on myself. I would get discouraged and give up completely. The expectations I was setting for myself were highly unrealistic and unsustainable for me.

I now understand that a more ~ well-rounded ~ approach is the key to living a sustainable, healthy life. Switching my mindset to a balanced approach to health and wellness made all the difference for me.

By prioritizing myself and what my body needs each day, I have a better relationship with myself and my body now than I ever have before!

My goal in creating Well-Rounded Wellness is to provide a space of positivity, encouragement, and relatable content to help you on your journey to a balanced lifetime of healthy living.

Who I am and how I’m living now is the type of person I wish I had been able to look up to throughout my wellness journey. I hope you love being a part of this community and find genuine value in it along the way.
